Unlocking 02.10.04

I have an iPhone 4 with 4.1 and baseband 02.10.04. I have read a lot and I was told that at this point this baseband does not have an unlock but one might be coming soon from devteam. Had anyone heard anything and if so where can I download it and instruction on how to do it.
