im currently trying to unlock my iphone ive done it before but somehow i messed it up this time it is a 3gs on firmware 4.2.1 baseband 5.15.00 i then used redsn0w to jailbreak it wouldnt let me open cydia or safari once installed so tried it again and same thing.... then stupid me plugged it back into itunes to restore firmware even though i was doubtful because of the ipad baseband that was now on there and im stuck in recovery mode with an error on i tunes of 1015 im pretty sure i need a pawnage tool custom firmware but im not sure..... anyone??

Yup, you need a custom 4.2.1 made with pwnage tool. Do you have a mac?

Yup. You need to use redsnow 0.9.6rc8 to enter pwned dfu first though or your custom restore will give you an error.

ok and when i go into pawned dfu mode do i use that same firmware file that u just gave me or could i use the on i have from felixbruns.com?

for redsnow use the regular firmware. Then use the custom one in itunes.
