Ya, you only need 4.2b3 SHSH for the untethered jailbreak for new devices with the beta redsnow.

I have also a 3GS 4.1 on 5.14.02 and which is already jailbreak using limera1n without any problem all working well, I have asked to a local unlocking shop for unlock it and the guy said it can be done without loosing any info ( contact, apps, settings etc ) on the phone!!!!!!

Could you please let me know how to do it and what steps to follow for unlock 5.14.02 without loosing any info??

I live in Canada and phone is locked to Fido!!
