PLEASE HELP Downgrade FROM 4.2.1 to 4.1!
I HAVE AN IPHONE 4 NEW 4.2.1 firmware baseband 3.10.01 is on it and I want to downgrade to 4.0 so I can unlock it SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!!

There is no way to downgrade you have to use pwnage to update to iPad 6.15.

iPad baseband doesn't work on iPhone 4. It can brick the phone.

The baseband cannot be unlocked at this time. You will have to wait for a new unlock.
