3GS Cant Unlock, Keep getting No Service

I have a 3GS New Bootrom, 4.1 formware, 6.15.00 baseband. I tried unlocking it every possible way but all i get is No Service. I tried custom 4.1 firmware, upgrading it to 4.2.1, but nothing I do works. Anyone know what might be the problem? I use redsn0w to jailbreak and ultrasn0w to unlock

You turned off 3G in settings right?

Yes, tried that and resetting network setting

And when I put in the sim card, sometime wifi would not work until i take sim card out

I have heard of people having issues with tmobile using this method of unlocking.

Is there any way to do it so it would work?

I have seen people have some success using an older version of ultrasnow (1.1-1)

And how would I get the older version?

Just google for it, once you have it you can stick it in the autoinstall folder of cydia using a usb file explorer.

How do I access the autoinstall folder?

Im running windows 7

It is at var/root/media/cydia/autoinstall I believe

You can use something like ifunbox to put the .deb there

Got it installed but it stays on searching, been on searching for about 20 minutes now
