iphone freezing only when call comes in

hey, i have an iphone 3gs 4.1 6.15...every time a call comes in or is coming in the phone freezes. i have to reset and it will continue to freeze every time a call attempts to come in. looked around and haven't seen anyone with a similar issue. any help would be appreciated.

out of the blue suggestion... have you tried restoring?

1.take your iphone case off
2.if that does'nt work then remove the screen protector
