please help me i have iphone 3g os 4.2.1 while i syncing my phone. my cable disconnect and i again plug in after itunes says restore it. and im trying to restore with custom firmware the error 1604 came now what to do?
You cannot just restore to custom firmware, you need to use redsn0w to put you into dfu mode before restoring to CFW
