Need help i have iphone 3gs baseband 5.15.00 newboot room. i jailbreak phone but the problem is how to unlock it or it is not possible than how to downgrade is and which is best for me please suggest me.

You would need to install the iPad baseband to unlock.

How to install ipad baseband? and after i unlock it with ultrasnow?

You can use redsnow 0.9.6b6 to install the ipad baseband. After you install ultrasnow to unlock, yes.
