3GS FW 4.0 Battery drain or not?

Okay I have 3GS 32GB. I'm not sure if I have a battery drain issue or not. In 3hrs of standby I loose 10-11% in 3 hours of occasional usage (checking battery drain every hour). Location and push turned off. Phone is unlocked and I have used the push fix from cydia. Phone has been warm but not overly consistant heating.

My Carrier:
Because the iphone isn't completely supported, it only will work if 3G is turned on. Only one of the supported frequencies 1900 mhz work with my carrier. If I turn off my 3G I loose all signal (no service).
Would getting someone to cook me a new FW with out hacktivating. And then run SAM, and after that run Ultrasnow fix this problem? Cause I have to have unlocked and I don't have original carrier sim.
I do want to stay at 4.0 and my baseband is 5.11.07. Also if it matters week 36 MB model.
I bought the phone pre-done and I'm sure he used redsnow and then ultrasnow to unlock. He also didn't have the original AT&T sim.

Okay I figured it out. I removed the push fix and then installed SAM. Now it's been 3hrs and still sitting at 100% charge.
