That depends on what firmware and baseband it has

The only way you could unlock that is updating your baseband to the iPad one using redsnow 0.9.6b6. There are a few drawbacks though.

The drawbacks are:
If you are new bootrom the jailbreak is tethered right now
gps may break
you wont be able to restore to regular firmware anymore, you will have to use custom firmware.
