3GS New BB 06.15.00 Screwed

I tried to unlock my 3GS yesterday and failed.
As I was installing baseband 06.15.00 my power shut off and sent my phone into the Recovery Loop. At the time of power outage my iPhone was running FW 4.2.1 and again the baseband was being flashed. Since then i have been trying to restore my phone to a useable state but to no avail. I need help all the programs I have used (RecBoot, EasyRecovery, iRecovery, TinyUmbrella) don't do anything to bring my iPhone back to life. I need expert help, can some one provide that help please? If any further information that might be needed to resolve my problem can be given I just wanted to send out an SOS.

Are you getting any error #'s when trying to restore?

I've gotten error codes 21, 1015, 1600, 3194. Right now I tried to restore to 4.2.1 official and in the final stages got error 1015, so i tried to jailbreak with redsnow beta6 and still stuck

That 1015 one means you have the ipad baseband installed. The 3194 one is from trying to restore to a firmware that you dont have SHSH for. The 21 and 1600 one is from trying to restore to a custom firmware without first entering pwned dfu.

You need a custom 4.2.1 firmware with no baseband update in it to restore to. Use redsnow to enter pwned dfu first before restoring to the custom firmware in itunes.

where do I find the CFW 4.2.1 without baseband?
BTW, i was able to jailbreak with redsnow but now it is stuck at the pineapple logo with the text "Installing Activation Bundles" is this normal? How long should I wait before I lose my mind?

It wont leave that screen, you need a custom firmware.
Check PM for one

Thanks for the FW downloading now. Do I go through the DFU mode restore in iTunes next?

Use redsnow to enter pwned dfu first. Then restore to custom in itunes.

I'm gettin an error that says "the iPhone update server could no be contacted" and I did put it in pwn dfu mode

X98car I got the iPhone restored to the 4.2.1 with baseband 06.15.00 is it possible to downgrade to 4.1 at this point?

alright well i have everything setup now. the phone is jailbroken and unlocked, now the only thing bothering my is that im always searching for service do you know a solution for this. btw thanks for all the help so far, if you were here in person i think id probably kiss you, no homo.

Not too sure why you wouldnt be getting service. What does your modem firmware say in settings-general-about?
