Happy Christmas please help frozen 3gs

Hi all
I tried to clear the contents of my blackrain unlocked an jbd 3gs.
Its frozen in the apple logo, it will go to dfu mode then itunes wants to mess it up. I have connected to tinyumbrella I have to enter the ECID manually, it reports it cannot connect to phone. However the log says "12/24/2010 14:43:24.959 You have saved your iPhone3GS 3.1.3 (7E18) SHSH locally and the request was sent to CYDIA. This means that CYDIA DOES have your SHSH. Do NOT bug semaphore about the Cydia home page showing this version."

The details of the phone are as follows Baseband 05.11.07
bootloader 6.4 model MC131.
I got this much earlier, unfortunately I did not save the hashes locally, but when jbd I did allow cydia.

Any suggestions?
As I understand it to keep it unlockable to all networks I must keep the base band?
I have access to xp and mac.

If you have 4.1 SHSH I would suggest making a custom 4.1 with no baseband update in it and restore to that.

Update to 4.0 then get shsh and update to 4.1 through custom firmware.
