ULtrasn0w update?

So I see there is an update in cydia for ultrasn0w. It says now with pwnapple?(or something to that effect)

Anyway, I'm currently jailbroken and unlocked on 4.0 with an old bootrom 3gs. I don't want to upgrade without knowing what and why I am doing so. Any advice?

V1.2 adds the iPad 6.15.x BB and was released awhile ago. No reported problems.
