ipad update

I am having ipad which runs on 3.2.2 and bb 6.15 (its jailbreaked too)

so what i want to know that can i upgrade my ipad to 4.2 or 4.1 ? if yes can i jailbreak it ?

I wanna update it with 4.1 if possible, so from where can I get the 4.1 restore original ipsw. and how do I jailbreak it.

There is no 4.1 for ipad, only 4.2.1

4.2.1 is tethered, so if you really want to jailbreak, i'd wait for a few more weeks
