hi to everybody,can anyone tell me how to use att pre paid pay as you go sim card in iphone 4,i buy 60dol unlimited sms and voice call yesterday from att store cut the card regulary with sim cutter
but iphone 4 says NO SERVICE? have only one bar and after 10 minutes its says no service,i have iphone 4 jailbroken on 4.1 and baseband 02.10 i check twice that is sim card activated

Okay it wont work if you get it to work it will only be for maybe a week. When att sees that its going into a iphone 4 they will flag it and shut down your service. You wont win either get a monthly plan with att or tmobile but prepaid just wont work.
Buy a h2o card it will work with AT&T iPhone 4 , tested and works fine with no data needed if u use. AT&T prepaid it might get flashed so safer with h2o wireless
Those telling you it won't work are wrong it will work perfectly provided the SIM is activated and you cut the SIM correctly. Those saying it will only work for a week and then ATT will add a Data plan are referring to a contract phone.
ATT cannot add a datat plan on a pay and go SIM card. Provided this is an ATT card and not a GO phone card that came from a GO phone it will work have done it myself and familiar with many others who have done it.
You have to get ATT to activate the card without linking any particular IMEI to the SIM. One of the best ways to achieve that is that when you purchase the card and they ask for an IMEI tell them you have an unlocked phone at home don't know the IMEI and ask them to activate the SIM. It will work, did it for four months and many others do it all the time. Voice calls only no data.
