Sam settings

If you are having issues with signal and edge on 3GS 4.1 6.15bb here is what I did

What you need
iPhone 3GS 4.1 6.15baseband
Cydia
Sam and Sam preferences
Carrier fix

1. Go into Sam preferences change the method option under sim generate button. Change the setting from auto to country and carrier
2. Find your country, then your carrier, the third option I left alone.
3. From there go back to general then home
4. Go into network settings and then into apn settings enter in your carrier apn settings but leave the mms area alone ( it will cause your phone to lose service again).
5. Respring, and reboot.
6. Eject sim and re enter,
7. You should see your service bars come up and the fill up. If not go into settings turn on airplane mode until carrier disappears then turn airplane mode off.

If at first you don't succeed try, try, try, try again.
