May be a server issue. Try again in a little while.

I always prefer redsnow. You should use the latest version though 0.9.6b6

What exactly is a factory unlock??? Because I just got an iPhone 4 running iOS 4.1 with the same baseband (02.10.04) and would like to jailbreak and unlock if possible. Can somebody please help. Thanks.

Should stay unlocked forever your imei number is store in in tunes as a unlocked one,so ur phone will be unlocked even if u do a restore. Apple has unlocked imei number which are factory unlocked,k unless someone can develop a app to change imei number , we all can trick the system. Come on dev hahhaah.

If you have to ask the question then you don't have a factory unlock phone. Apple sells "SIM FREE" factory unlocked phones at full price in many countries outside the US.

Some carriers in some countries also sell factory unlock phones because it is against the law to lock phones in those countries. You invariable pay more for a factory unlock phone.
