Default Phone Calls keep going to Voicemail

I recently jail-broke and unlocked my iPhone 3GS with old baseband using Redsn0w and ultrasn0w. I am currently on IOS 4.1 and baseband 16.15.00. I have noticed that since I completed this update, my iPhone does not ring when someone calls. The phone calls go straight to voicemail. Does anyone know how to rectify this problem?

I found an article written by Jason D. Grady dated July 30, 2007, titled iPhone can't receive calls while receiving EDGE data. Since I turned off EDGE on my iPhone, the incoming calls come through.

According to the article mentioned above, Jason O'Grady makes reference to the Apple Knowledge Base Article #305711 that states that "While iPhone is actively transferring data over EDGE-downloading a webpage, for example-you may not be able to receive calls. Incoming calls may go to voicemail.

You can find the article written by Jason D O'Grady at the following website:

iPhone can't receive calls while receiving EDGE data | ZDNet

Unfortunately my carrier uses NOM1. So I have to turn EDGE off to receive my phone calls.
