well as u saw from the title im an idiot to pay to unlock my iphone but couldnt figure it out by myself...
well redsnow 0.9.6 b5-6 whatever.. is freezing at the reboot!!
How long does it take to reboot?
am i doint dfu mode wrong?

try running rednsow in windows xp sp2 compatibility mode. You may also want to try using another computer if you can.

well i tried the compatibilty thing and it didnt work.....
im so f-in pissed that i cant figure this out....
still stuck in reboot in redsnow...

what the hell can i do to get redsnow to work im hell of pissed at myself for paying money and still cant figure this f-in **** out...

Try running redsnow, then open task manager and right click on redsnow.exe in the processes list. Select set affinity and if you see multiple processors there only select 1 of them, then try again. If it still isnt working you may need to try another computer.

i got to affinity but its saying access is denied. opperation cannot be completed...
i really dont have another computer to use.
so is it only me or is there many other people that are having or had these issues to throw some tips...

Its not just you, I have seen a few people have this issue. See if there is a setting to show processes for all users and then try and set affinity.

i tried to use redsn0w 0.9.6b6 in a vm because i have linux and it didn't work...got stuck at exploiting with limera1n..i tried it like ten times
i got back home and tried it on my computer on windows 7 and it worked perfectly
set "run as administrator" and in win xp compatibility...it should work

Are you sure your doing compatibility mode correctly, it should work that way. Try another USB cord and port.
Right click om redsn0w, run as admin, choose compatibility mode, windows xp sp2/3

ok so i got into affinity and selected cpu 0 and that one did not work..
Also i selected cpu 1 and also unsuccessful...
this really sucks and im losing my non suffisticated mind.. hella sucks...
is there anything else that might help me out? before i find and punch everyone at redsnow... lol

Its something on your computer. Everyone I have helped that none of these things worked on had to use another computer to get it working. i havent figured out yet what is causing this on these computers though.

ive had the same problem as this dude on this new redsnow for 2 weeks and tryd every suggestion and tryd 3 different computers i mean damm man! what gives?!

i am seeing a lot of ppl with the same issue so hopefully the dev dudes have noticed...

For PC to be able to use redsn0w , you must have framework of version 3.5 or later.
