unlock 3Gs on 4.1 - don't want to go to iPad bb

I would like to unlock my 3Gs (new boot rom, bb 05.14.02, jb with greenpois0n), but I don't want to go to the iPad bb as there is no way of going back to a factory restore.

Is anyone even working on getting bb 05.14.02 unlocked or will going to the iPad bb remain the only option for the forseeable future?

its going to be a WHILE. probably a month or two after the release of 4.3.

Dev team are focusing on iPhone 4 baseband unlock atm

yeah unfortunetly the ipad baseband is the only way out there right now..

Thanks for your response! I guess I'm going to hang in there. I have an unlocked iPhone 4, just wanted to sell the 3Gs, so there is no pressure ...
