Having a problem with SAM
Hey guys, I followed all the steps on how to install SAM onto my iphone and such, but when I get to the step on to activated with iTunes, iTunes just kinda stalls there and repeatedly says "Accessing iTunes Store.." and then goes to the apple logo.. and it does that continuously. the activate section of the SAM tab on my iphone says wildcard activated, too. but I have yet to get a message that says "iPhone is activated!" or whatever.

I'm having the EXACT same problem! I even left the iPhone connected tot he computer overnight, and it was still 'Accessing iTunes Store' in the morning! I'm quite sure I have the correct original SIM info for my iPhone: AT&T (Cingular Wireless) 310410.
Any help would be great!

Looks like there another fix on SAM. Re-download from Cydia.
I re-installed and still no activation msg on the iPhone when connected to iTunes, however iTunes Store does recognize my iPhone. I wonder if that means it's activated? When I plug in the SIM I want to use (Fido), it then say iPhone Activated..
Hmmm

hey Guys here what i did and i have my iphone 3gs ios 4.1 bb 6.15 activated.
Please read the complete instructions before you start the process.
restored custum ios 4.1 made with Sn0wbreeze or pnwgd tool already jailbreaked ... do not unlock it with ultrasn0w go to cydia->manage->source-> add new source http://repo.bingner.com/ downloaded SAM and SAMPref ... then de-activated the iphone with redsn0w 0.9.6b6 ( I hope u all knows how to do that if dont then search the forum for it)... when done with de-activation phone will reboot disconnect from itunes ... here you have to use WIFI when phone is restarted goto setting -> SAM and click on the label De-activate Iphone ... now connect with itunes and your see itune will activate the phone once ur phone is activated reboot and then you will see the message iphone activated ... now you can unlock your iphone with ultrasn0w ...
that wat i did and it worked for me...
