No Inbound Calls or Texts When Edge is On - 3GS

I've jailbroken my 3GS with Redsn0w 0.9.6b5 and unlocked with ultrasn0w 1.2. The phone is now on 4.1 with BB 6.15.00 and working (kind of) on T-Mobile.

The problem is that when Edge is enabled all my incoming calls go to voicemail. The iPhone never rings, but you can hear it ring two or three times on the caller's end then it goes to voicemail, every time. Regular texts will not go through either, but picture messages do, and you can make outgoing calls just fine.

As soon as I turn off Edge, calls come right through and so do regular texts, but not picture messages.

The web works fine on Edge, and 3G is turned off always. I've turned off all Push notifications, even email Push. I've installed SBsettings to toggle edge on and off, but its very frustrating to have this happening.

This is my first jailbreak/unlock, not sure if this is normal or if I am missing something. Called T-Mobile, they reset the SIM and switched me to the smartphone data plan (from Blackberry Data) but it didn't seem to help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Sorry for the long post.

UPDATE 1: So I turned off notifications completely and installed Push Doctor and it seems to be working. Not sure which solved the problem, but it works for now. Its kind of annoying that the push has to be off for the phone to work, but at least its a phone now.

UPDATE 2: Turns out Push Doctor fixed the problem. I uninstalled Push Doctor and it went back to forwarding calls to Voicemail. Reinstalled PD and turned ON notifications and it works great. Hope this helps someone.
