    Default iPhone unlock help

    Ok so let's say I wanted to unlock my iPhone 3G on 4.1 I would jb with either redsnow or snowbreeze then after install ultrasnow when it supports baseband 5.14.02. Would I need to remove the sim card during any of this.As far as unlocking goes does the phone need to be in service or without? And If I am in service with AT&T can anything happen from unlocking???Thanx in advance
