    Default Please Help Me!!!???

    i tried to update to ios 4.2 gm but it failed and i restored to 4.1. but now im cant activate it because my desktop itunes 10.1 will not recognize my phone and ive tried different ports and cords on that computer. right now im trying to restore it on a different computer praying it will work. if it doesnt which im afraid it wont what should i do. i dont need to unlock it i just need to get it where i can use it an att.

    10.1 should activate your iphone. Try rebooting the computer but I have a feeling it may work on the other computer you are trying.

    i rebooted the computer i tried earlier 2 times with no luck. right now im using this computer with itunes 10.0.1 if that doesnt work then should i use 10.1 on this 1.

    10.0.1 should work for activating 4.1 too. You have your sim in right?

    yes i do. i finally got it on my laptop but my desktop still wont recognize any of my familys iphones. i rebooted it and reinstalled it. could it be a glitch in itunes 10.1?

    That or something is wrong with the USB slots or drivers on your desktop.
