iPhone 2G 3.1.3 tethering via iphonebrowser/DiskAid

ok, so i still have my old iphone2g v3.1.3 jailbroken.
and i want to enable the MMS capability of it.
i've downloaded this hack "iPhone 2G 3.1.3 tethering + MMS + Bluetooth profiles" by dborca, it comes with the neat instruction on how to install the hack via SSH into the phone. problem is i don't have a wifi and i don't have SSH installed on my phone, but i do have iPhonebrowser and DiskAid.

i've already done i lot modding or editing (whatever you call it) using these programs, so more or less i'm kinda familiar with it.

now i wanted to install the hack by JUST using these programs, or is it even possible?? i know the pros are laughing at my post right but i'm kinda lost here.

so if you guys can shed some light (a guide perhaps?) on how to install the hack by using only the iPhonebrowser or DiskAid programs, my old 1gen phone would be GLAD as hell if you guys could do so.
