iphone 4 question

Hello,

I want to buy iphone 4g....but want to stay connect with T-mobile. With the new sim card change is there a way I can connect with T-mobile, not with cingular?

You can cut your SIM. Watch some YouTube videos or look up some guides on how to cut it. Or buy a microSIM cutter that will do the cutting for you.

Make sure your new iPhone isn't already on 4.1, cuz if it is you can't use T-Mobile with it. If you're buying it in a store, you're taking a risk cuz it might be on 4.0.2, and it might be on 4.1. Better to buy it off of someone who hasn't upgraded without preserving the baseband to be sure, unless you don't mind waiting a month or two or maybe even three or four months. Who knows.

I don't think you can use data once you migrate to T-Mobile, can you?

Sure you can. Enter an APN or install one and it'll work.
