iphone 4 buy?

hey guys, i'm planning to buy iphone 4 tomorrow but as apple would hav updated the firmware to 4.1 can i still buy it and wait for the unlock.... do u think there will be an unlock because i'm not goin to use it in usa, i'm taking the phone out of the country. i just dont want to use it as an ipod

There will be an unlock if you don't mine waiting like months. Unless you are paying like 299.00 and no more than 400.00 for a 32 gb for a new iphone 4, I suggest you get a factory unlock for 760.00.

But some say the new unlock will be out next month as soon as the 4.2 ios is released.... Do u get factory unlocked iPhone in USA?
