to keep from making a long story i have 2g iphone with 3.1.3 firmware, i cant do anything, can some one please help me get my phone back working

It will hactivate, jailbreak and unlock for you from Emergency Screen. You can now walk out of the Emergency Ward now

ok i am still waiting for firmware to download 40%finished. I dident know if it would make a diffrence by using my t-mobil sim card or not i dont have att sim

You don't need a sim card to jailbreak. Redsn0w will do everything for you.

Thanks for the link but Redsn0w_9.4 did not recognise IPSW file I've downloaded from the link given. Do you have any idea?
