Unlocking iphone 3g no wifi

Hi guys this is my 1 post here just like to say hi to everyone... so i have a iphone 3g baseband 05 14 02 my Wifi on the phone is not working its doing that thing where just searchs all day for connection anyway i was trying to unlock it with utrasnow tru cyder but when i get to install the ultrasnow it dosent work cuz its missing the mobilesubstrate and i cant install it tru cyder i tried everything add dependecies and all if anyone has any ideia how to help me let me know thnx all i also looked for mobilesubstrate by it self and coulndt find anything cant find winterboard either cuz i heard winterboard has mobile with it.

Your problem is not mobile substrate, your current baseband cannot be unlocked by Ultrasn0w.
