Speakerphone WORKS ONLY!

I dropped my phone yesterday and now I cant hear anybody on the other side when I make a call. If I turn speakerphone on it will work perfectly. I can hear when someone calls just cant hear them when I answer. Also the phone turned off on me and didnt turn on until I plugged it back in.

Please help me guys and gals!!! I would really appreciate it.

It is a 3G on 3.1.3 if it matters.

Unfortunately it might now be a hardware issue.

Try restoring and see if it's just something with the software.

I think this would be a hardware problem, you may have to take it apart and see if there is any cracks on the motherboard, or it might be one of the wires came loose.

Ok well I went back and took my phone apart and couldnt see anything with the naked eye. So what I did was change the front part of the phone with another one that I have that is not fixable in my opinion. So that took care of that.
