I have an At&t iphone 4 4.1(8b117) jailbroken, i want to unlocked so that i can use it with other carrier across the world, any body knows how to unlock it please reply.

If you got it on 4.1 out of box, it's gonna be on the new baseband so it is not currently unlockable. If you preserved the baseband with TinyUmbrella's TSS server (1.59.00 is the one you want) then it is unlockable with Ultrasn0w.
