3GS 4.1 upgrade and unlock? (old boot)

Hello i have read a few of the other similar topics but didn't find my answer. So

I'm on 4.0.1 iphone 3GS, baseband 05.13.04. I have my SHSH backed up with TinyUmbrella on 4.0.1

Now i would like to update to 4.1 and unlock is this possible?!

If you have install jailbreakme on 4.0.1 , then install jbme2pwn from an added repo in Cydia.
Now build a custom firmware of 4.1 from Snowbreeze 2.0.2 and do the Shift + Restore to Snowbreeze_4.1.ipsw you just created.
This will get you to jailbroken 4.1 and unlock with Ultrasn0w again.

Kk, also since my iphone is with rogers and i need a rogers sim card to activate is their anyway to hactivate my phone?!
