Plss help :( for iphone 3g version 3.1.3 baseband 05.14.02

hey friends,

i bought iphone 3g before some year ago i updated iphone from 3.1.3 to 4.1 unknowingly..it wasnt working as it was unlocked in 4.1 so i downgraded it to 3.1.3.then with help of at&t simcard of my friend i was able to move ahead from emergency call screen to my home screen..i tired various ways to activate my AIrtel and othersimcard on iphone but when ever i instered it again gets lock except at&t..now i use my iphone as ipod..even yes baseband version got updated to 5.14.02 is there any ways i can repair my phone...

i went to sevral shops here..but they refused me saying it cant be unlock i m so scared plssssssssssss help me..:'(

4.1 upgrades the baseband removing the unlock.
Install fuzzyband from cydia it will tell you want bootloader you have if you have bootloader 5.8 fuzzyband will downgrade the baseband you can then use ultrasn0w from cydia to unlock. If you have bootloader 5.9 you are stuck and will have to wait for the next unlock if there ever will be one.
