    Default Unlockig question

    So I jailbrokeand unlocked my iphone 3G using ultrasnow. My question is how do I know that it was successful? I only have an old TMobile sim that is no longer active. When I insert this sim the iphone detects it and it just says "no service" up top which is the same thing it says with my ATT sim which is also inactive. Does this mean that the unlocking worked? When I look at carrier it says "carrier 5.0" Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

    Sounds like it worked. If it was still locked it would say nothing up the top when a different sim was put in.
