iPhone 4 Unlock question on iOS 4.1

Ok I was reading and i KNOW there wont be a unlock YET for the iOS 4.1. i have a iPhone 4 Shipped with iOS 4.0.2 and on the 01.59.00 BB. i seen if i preserve my BB and update iOS 4.1 and not go to the new BB (2.10.4). Will i still be able to unlock?

You are fine as of now with 4.0.2 with the 1.59.00 BB, don't update or anything just wait until the jailbreak is released and you will be golden baby

You can restore through tiny umbrella without updating your baseband. The verification is through Tss Server, not Apple, then your baseband will be preserved and yet at IOS 4.1
