It's not possible to unlock a phone that has been upgraded to 4.1 as the baseband gets updated to a point which cannot be unlocked. You may be able to downgrade the firmware, but the baseband remains the same.
There is a program called fuzzyband which can downgrade the baseband on a few handsets, but I dont think it's up to date for 4.1 anyway.

You're right, fuzzyband hasn't been updated yet for the new baseband. The downgrade of the baseband cannot happen right now.
