Default Jailbreak and Unlock 3.1.3 iPhone 2G with T-Mobile and iTunes 10.0.1

I have an iPhone 2G running 3.1.3 totally un-modified, and I want to jailbreak it and unlock it for T-Mobile. I'm running iTunes 10.0.1. Is it possible?

If you downgrade itunes to 9.0 you can jailbreak it with spirit. Unlock with ultrasnow.

If you want a one-step JB and unlock process, use Redsn0w 0.9.4. Just be sure to download the 3.1.2 ipsw as Redsn0w won't recognize 3.1.3 ipsw (but yes, you can be on the actual 3.1.3 fw on your phone). You just have to point at 3.1.2.

You'll have the option in Redsn0w to select Cydia and Unlock. Here's a complete guide with download links within to help ease your jb process:

don't forget, 2G phones use BootNeuter to unlock.
