Unlock 3G v3.1.3 baseband 5.13.04

Apologies if this thread exists already,

i am going to unlock this phone as above, using snowbreeze as per this youtube video:

i am a little confused about the basebanding, the older version of baseband couldnt be unlocked and you had to down grade it.

So my question is this:
Can i unlock this phone on 3.1.3 baseband 5.13.04 using snowbreeze and the apple 3.1.3 .ipsw file?

Earlier tutorials warn against using .ipsw 3.1.3 and advise if you need unlock use 3.1.2

If I where you just use jailbreakme.com to jailbreak then use ultrasn0w to unlock.
