Cant connect unlocked iphone 3g firmware 4.01 to computer

Any one please help me. I can't connect my iphone3g to computer? Any suggestion. Thanks, i'm a newbie

Need a little more info than that. Does it charge?

It used to charge. However, when it charged, i could even not connect to computer or itunes or Iphone suite software.

It used to charge? Does it charge if you plug it into a wall plug or use a different cable. Sounds like you might have a faulty usb connection. Not an easy (but not impossible) fix if that is the case.

Thanks just ordered the new usb cord on ebay. Try it if it still not fix i will post again thanks

I meant it may be the actual usb connection on the iphone. But trying a different cable is a good first step.
