picture messaging

i just got my iphone 3g 4.0.2 jailbroken and unlocked, how do i get picture messaging?? also, i have tmobile and i have the data plan, on my tmobile phone it says 3G for my internet, why on the iphone is only says E? is that supposed to be like that or should it say 3G?

tmobile 3g does not support the iphone
the only internet you can use for the iphone on tmobile is the $10 internet plan (Web2Go) or the $30 plan (blackberry)
