Unlocking & Jailbreaking Iphone 4

I recently bought 2 Iphone 4's with 4.0.2 on them from the apple store.

Can this be unlocked/jailbroken?

if not, can i downgrade to 4.0.1?

U will just have to wait till 4.1 firmware comes out then a new jailbreak should be out

i have no idea
the 4.1 gm has been release couple days ago
but sooner or later the official 4.1 firmware will be release,
just sit back and wait patiently lol

but now im reading abt not upgrading becaz i may not be able to unlock again??
