Iphone 2g 3.1.2 (7D11) 04.05.04 - Jailbroke with JailbreakMe but cannot unlock

Hi guys,

I've managed to jailbreak my iphone 2g 3.1.2. using JailbreakMe but cannot unlock the device.

Do I need to re-jailbreak with Redsn0w or Blackra1n or can I use something that will save me the hassle and allow me to unlock?

Be grateful for any help you can give.

Just skip down to step 6

But its easier to just restore, and use redsn0w to jailbreak/unlock, as theres an unlock option built in.
