[HELP] iPhone 3G unlocked for T-Mobile but cannot receive SMS/Calls (FW 4.0.1)

Hey guys my old iPhone 3G was broke and got a new one yesterday from the apple store as a replacement and got a tmobile plan. I jailbroke the iphone using redsn0w and unlocked it with ultrasn0w (i think those are right). Everything is fine except I don't receive incoming calls or SMS messages. I can call people and send messages but cannot receive. The data was not working but I went to the store and they changed my data to android and now that works. T-mobile customer support tried everything on the phone and could not figure it out. pleeeease help lol this is really annoying

that sould fix the mms problem
