AT&T sim card help

Hey guys,

So I got an AT&T sim card off ebay.It's the new AT&T 3G sim card.I wanted to find out if I can activate more than one iPhone with a single sim card.A friend of mine told me that it would not activate any other phone now because I used it on mine.Anyone know if this is true?

I keep using the same one without a problem on 3GS'. Not sure if iPhone 4 has any extra protection though??

He said I probably couldnt use it on another iPhone.I have already used it on mine and he said I wouldnt be able to activate my other friends iPhone with the same sim card via iTunes.
