Add Ultrasn0w Unlock to PwnageTool

Hey all,

It took me a while to figure out how to add ultrasn0w to PwnageTool since adding the repo and pressing refresh doesn't yield anything. I wound up reading many articles and pulling my hair out trying to get it to work, so hopefully this stops the searching for many users on here.

In order to add ultrasn0w to PwnageTool and get ultrasn0w on the iPhone when wifi is not available, download the file below, unzip it, and place the bundle in ~/Library/Application Support/PwnageTool/CustomPackages. This bundle utilizes the most recent version of ultrasn0w as of this date, ultrasn0w 1.1-1.

Then run PwnageTool like normal, except when you get to the custom packages page you will see ultrasn0w listed; simply check the box and continue building your ipsw.
