iPhone unlock reset problem!

I successfully unlocked my iPhone 3GS yesterday, and it was working fine. So I decided to reset the phone to get rid of all the apps that were left over from the last user. But when the phone restarted, it froze up and cannot restart. Every time I try to turn the phone back on, it gets stuck on the screen with the apple logo and a random greenish line in the upper part of the screen.

I have no idea what to do so any help would be greatly appreciated. The battery was also low when I reset the iPhone, so that may have something to do with it.

You have to restore to 4.0.1 again and do the jailbreakme.com from Safari. If you use Spirit, jailbreakme.com or even Blackra1n, a master reset will put your iphone into recovery mode.
