    Default How to Unlock and downgrade 3G without cydia?

    So I tried to downgrade from 4.0 to 3.1.3 but messed up, so had to restore on itunes back to 4.1, but as I don't have a sim in it I can't use cydia which most of the guides use to unlock.

    So how can I unlock the 3.1.3 once I have downgraded (think I can do it properly now)?

    It is not possible to unlock without Cydia. Why does not having a sim make Cydia not work? Are you stuck on the Emergency Call screen?
