Stuck At The Emergency Screen

Hey, I've got an iphone thats on the 4.1 firmware and its stuck on the emergency call screen, i have got a T-Mobile Sim card so wat shud i do to make it work with T-Mobile? and there no guide out right now for 4.1 Firmware in the guide section

Phonebook card doesn't work anymore, believe me I tried, also lost 40$.
my question is if any other AT&T sim card will work for example:

1. AT&T Sim Card SKU 71234 - Brand New Unactivated
or
2. Brand New ATT 3g Sim Card 4 At&t

any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh wow i just ordered a phone-book sim or an o2 sim card yesterday off ebay it sayed it can activate 2g 3g 3gs and 4g so i will let u know if it worked or not but i doubt it wont work cuz there are a lot of them in ebay being sold.

justy wait and see, someone mentioned Apple changed something in their servers and this trick doesn't work anymore. It didn't work for me but goodluck to you!
