Latest 3gs can it be unlocked
I have a 3gs ver MC132B on iso4.0 modem ver 05.13.04 on Vodaphone (UK).It's running 4.0 but I think that was from an ugrade rather then Factory as I bought it second hand. How can I tell if it's been Jailbroken in the past ? ALso can It be Jailbroken & unlocked and which tools would you recommend to use, I have looked through the forum & can't see this exact model mentioned, Thank you very much in advance..Jeff

If it is not jailbroken yet then run jailbreakme.com from Safari. Install Ultrasn0w from Cydia to unlock.

What happens to the apps on my phone, some are paid for, will I loose all these ?

Nope. Just sync or redownload again for free. Assuming youre talking about app store apps and not cydia apps (thats a different process of backing up).
