Upgrade a 3G to 4.0.1 or not?

Is there any advantage in upgrading my 3G to 4.0.1? I'm jailbroken and unlocked with firmware version 5.13.04. Will I lose my JB and unlocked status? If I do, can I JB and unlock 4.0.1?

No. I liked 4.0 at first but then it just sucked after two weeks. I just downgraded back to 3.1.3 last night. Even with 3000+ language packs deleted it still lagged, froze my phone, and crashed all my games and mail app after 2 minutes. Definitely not worth it on a 3G cuz even if you disable wallpaper and multitask, a lot of Cydia apps and tweaks dont work on 4.0/1. So if I was gonna disable wallpaper and multitask I might as well go all the way back to 3.1.3 so Cydia stuff would work.

I am still on my 3G

I am switching to the 4 when I get out of my Wirefly contract in 4 months. If I dont like the 4 Ill probably sell and get a 3GS. I dunno tho, that iP4 sure it gorgeous haha.
